Welcome to Converge Coffee Roasters! We have been roasting up quality coffee since 2018 in the charming Triad region of Burlington, North Carolina. As a small-batch coffee roaster, we take pride in every batch of coffee we produce. Our journey began with a passion for exceptional beans, and has developed into a love of all things coffee, from roasting to creating a welcoming environment and delicious experience in our cafe.

From our coffee shop to our roastery, every team member plays a role in selecting our offerings. Our green coffee is sourced from De La Finca Coffee Importers. De La Finca is a direct trade, relationship based, green coffee importer with a focus on organic and fair trade coffee. When deciding on a new coffee to feature at the shop, our roasting team will select a few promising options, the whole team reviews the region, processing methods, and potential flavor profiles, and vote. Our roasters then develop a precise roast profile to achieve the desired taste for each batch with tasting input from the baristas. It is a collaborative effort from bean to cup, ensuring a consistently excellent coffee experience.
